Sensitive pre- and posttransplant monitoring of
antigen-specific T cells in patients

The alloCELL lab has established comprehensive protocols for the monitoring of antigen-specific T cells. These protocols aid clinical decisions for patients who are at high risk for viral infections or where conventional therapy has failed. In the lab, antiviral T-cell frequencies in patients who are suffering from viral

infections/reactivations are determined routinely by IFN-y ELISPOT, multimer staining, Cytokine Secretion Assay (CSA), intracellular cytokine staining as well as T-cell expansion protocols. The lab is accredited according to ISO 9001:2015 and takes part in regular Proficiency Testing (Ringversuche).

The alloCELL lab has established comprehensive protocols for the monitoring of antigen-specific T cells for patients either with or at highest risks for pathogen-associated complications.

If you have a patient, who is in need of:

  • monitoring antiviral T cells in peripheral blood
  • a personalized antiviral immunotherapeutic T-cell product
  • a third party T-cell donor from alloCELL
